Some suggestions to better improve your work? 
The piece mainly looks too obviously edited. The shadows/lighting are not equal throughout the picture, that's huge. I have trouble with that too. 
And may I suggest that next time you do the "cracked" texture, you do two seperate layers; on for the face and one for the exposed flesh below the face? The crack going from the throat to the mouth is unnatural. As for the mouth, since you're using a "crack-like" texture, the facial muscles wouldn't be allowed to make that smile. So maybe just having a piece of flesh torn away, exposing the teeth? Anywho, I just meant it as some friendly advice. Not like I'm some macho artist trying to rip you up. Hope it helps.
